Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Administrative Assistant in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Under general supervision, provides a variety of secretarial and administrative support.
• Assignments are non-routine in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity.
• Exercises some discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex requests.
• Duties may involve access to confidential information.
• Assists two senior leaders and their staff with general office work, calendar management, travel arrangements, organization, planning, and communication.
• Creates, edits, and distributes routine documents, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, presentations, etc... as assigned.
• Creates and edits advanced documents incorporating technical vocabulary, data, graphs, and tables with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Manages and maintains suitable office supply inventory and facility conditions by processing office supply requests, maintenance work order requests, graphics and reproduction requests, or other as needed.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $44,000 - $57,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

• Engineering Tools: Spice modeling, Mathcad/Matlab a plus

• Bonus: DOORS requirements management software experience
