    We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our employees, assisting in daily office/warehouse needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.

    Responsibilities:

    Daily management of emails and handling customer/vendor orders.

    Complete daily and weekly invoicing in accounting system.

    Packaging and shipping of materials as needed.

    Enter and maintain client data and pricing in accounting system.

    Generate and edit sales and purchase orders as they come in.

    Answer phone calls or take messages for appropriate parties.

    Preparing plans and specifications for pickup/shipment of deliveries.

    Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, photocopying, taking and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel schedule, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing correspondence and maintaining database records.

    Requirements:

    High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

    Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level.

    Proficient in MS Office
