    We are looking for full-time ****A dministrative and Credentialing Associate **
    ** Responsibilities:

    • Reports to Chief Administrative Officer
    • Tracking licenses, permits and waivers - setting up for payment with AP.
    • Reporting to the department for Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors.
    • Completion of 855A's
    • Credentialing with payers
    • Work with CAO and legal department on projects assigned.
    • Organizational set up: Statement of Information, Articles of Organization
    • Offer letters and reporting
    • Reporting to CLIA department for Medical Directors
    • Purchasing: credit applications, log legal payments, QA fee payments on Department Site
    • Administrative duties: answer phones, mail distribution, ID Badges - corporate and facility leadership, bank deposits
    • performs other related duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • Knowledge of Ensocare, Navihealth, Alscrips, MyAidin
    • Willingness and ability to function as an effective team member through good communication and cooperation to meet departmental goals.
    • Able to work independently, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
    • Ability to represent Company in an ethical and professional manner, and to maintain accountability.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Must successfully pass any pre-employment requirements.
    • Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level.

    _The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is _$80K to $110K annually _. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. _
