• Provide Administrative Support – Assist multiple departments with tasks like scheduling, data entry, file management, and internal communications.
• Keep Things Organized – Maintain records, manage office supplies, and help ensure our operations stay efficient and on track.
• Support Project Work – Help coordinate team efforts on ongoing projects and communicate updates across departments.
• Be a Team Player – Collaborate with staff across functions in a positive, fast-paced, and outdoor-oriented work culture.

** Ideal Candidate:**

• 2+ years of administrative experience (construction or landscaping industry experience a plus).
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A desire to learn and grow with a dynamic team.
