Key Responsibilities:

✅ Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain patient and clinician records in Kinnser EMR (WellSky) ✅ Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, compliance, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations ✅ Multi-Department Support: Serve as a backup for Human Resources, Patient Admissions, and Scheduling, providing essential assistance when needed ✅ Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency ✅ Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive patient and company information with the utmost professionalism and adherence to HIPAA guidelines

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Quick Learner: Ability to adapt and master new administrative processes efficiently ✔️ Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting ✔️ Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities ✔️ Home Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in home healthcare administration is a plus ✔️ Kinnser EMR Knowledge: Familiarity with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR is preferred but not required ✔️ Versatility: Experience with intake, scheduling, and human resources is a bonus ✔️ Career Growth Oriented: Motivated to excel in your role and develop professionally within the home health industry
