House of Hope, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position entails supporting the HR Department and Management team with a variety of tasks related to the organization.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
· High School Diploma/GED required.
· Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
· Strong organizational and people skills.
· Strong attention to details.
· Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with office equipment
· Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager with department needs and tasks such as recruiting and onboarding.
Assist with the preparation of various reports as requested by management.
In charge of ordering office, client and facility supplies as needed.
Assist with editing and research for implementation of plans required by governing entities.
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
