RevitPay is a boutique credit card payment processor in Cleveland. We’re looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who is a self-starter, organized, a fast learner and able to handle stressful situations. This is a full-time role that reports to the office five days a week.
Job Description
Managing executives' schedules and communication, and acting as a point of contact between executives and clients
Developing meeting agendas, organizing file systems, and making travel arrangements
Create various third-party agreement and obtain signatures using DocuSign.
Work on ad hoc operational and administrative projects.
Digitally file all important documents and maintain an organized folder system.
Qualifications:
Some college or 4 year university.
1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Needs to be hyper organized and a fast learner.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
