    Linkitall (LIA) is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant who shall organize and coordinate office administration to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leading-edge technology to deliver mission-centric professional services.

    Position: Administrative Assistant

    Location: Fredericksburg, VA

    Position Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    Provide general administrative support.

    Answer and direct phone calls.

    Maintain contact lists.

    Maintain physical and online files and records.

    Receive and review incoming correspondence.

    Prepare, review, and file invoices.

    Manage the CEO’s calendar.

    Manage office maintenance and needs of all employees, to include ordering all supplies, stationery, and equipment.

    Schedule meetings and appointments.

    Assist Operations Manager with reviewing and creating documents.

    Compose a quarterly company newsletter.

    Research pricing options with vendors and service providers.

    Arrange for service/maintenance of office equipment, including IT equipment, as necessary.

    Assist Operations Manager with recruiting efforts to include monitoring job applications, crafting and posting job descriptions.

    Provide meeting minutes.

    Provide proposal support to the Business Development team, as needed.

    Review employee timecards for accuracy.

    Assist employees with travel arrangements.

    Assist in processing payroll.

    Track invoices through the payment process, file appropriately.

    Enroll new employees in the benefits portals

    Update HR calendar with important dates such as employee anniversaries, certifications. reminders, employee evaluations, etc.

    Manage social media posts for LinkedIn and Facebook business accounts.

    Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.

    Participate in training and educational opportunities.

    Other duties as required.

    Requirements:

    High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

    2+ years of customer service experience.

    2+ years of office administrative experience.

    Experience in government contracting preferred.

    Ability to pass a background investigation.

    Strong knowledge of office and administrative software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Typing speed: 45 wpm.

    Attention to detail/accuracy.

    Excellent organizational, stress, and time management skills.

    Ability to work with diverse personalities.

    Professional, personable demeanor.

    Able to prioritize, multitask, and work quickly with minimal supervision.

    Analytical and problem-solving acumen.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
