    One of our clients in St. Louis, MO needs an Administrative Assistant for a Part-time Position.

    Position: Administrative Assistant

    Location: Remote (local to St. Louis, MO)

    Position Type: Part-time (20+ hours/week)

    Job Description:

    The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks that support both the daily functioning of the office and the specific needs of the team or department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:

    Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    Assist with the preparation and proofreading of documents and communications.

    Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

    Calendar and Scheduling:

    Maintain executive or departmental calendars.

    Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations and equipment setup.

    Remind team members of upcoming deadlines and appointments.

    Data Entry and Management:

    Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.

    Generate reports as needed.

    Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.

    Project Assistance:

    Support team projects by organizing documents and tracking progress.

    Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.

    Customer Service:

    Address client and vendor inquiries professionally and promptly.

    Provide exceptional customer service and support.

    Other Duties:

    Perform general office duties as required.

    Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team or department.

    Required Skills:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
