We are looking for an entry level Executive Assistant/Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior level management.
Responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, act as point of contact between executives and clients, dictations, typing letters, emails, making sure the files are in order and all items are included, filing, agendas, meeting notes and much more.
