    Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the full-time position of Administrative Assistant at our clinics in Good year, Glendale and Scottsdale. The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, faxing treatment notes, and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our sites.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients

    Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments

    Answers and routes incoming calls

    Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies

    Receives and organizes deliveries

    Respects confidentiality of all patients

    Educational / Professional Requirements:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Associate's degree (preferred)

    Skills:

    Excellent Organizational Skills

    Reliable work history

    Able to collaborate in a team environment while being self motivated when working alone

    Customer Service skills

    Knowledge of basic computer systems (MS Office)

    Pay:

    $20-$23 an hour

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule:

    Goodyear: Brand new location dates: TBD

    Tuesdays: Glendale location

    Wednesdays (with possibility of opening another day): Scottsdale location

    Experience:

    Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
