Job Summary
We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Mark Electronics Inc., an innovative provider of custom high quality audio/video, residential & commercial security , surveillance and integrated systems. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls from current or potential clients
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
Prepare and edit documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails and contracts
Proficiency in Accounts receivable, MS Word, MS Excel and MS outlook
Contribute to working as a team and also in dependently
Maintain an organized filing system and data entry
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers, computers
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
