    Job Description:

    Energetic candidate with excellent communication skills.

    We are looking for an energetic, reliable and self-motivated candidate to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new tasks, develop strategies to maintain, and increase new accounts; develop leadership and achieve goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Communicate with existing clients and prospective new clients.

    informing company services, inbound and outbound calls.

    Writing proposals and following up on maintenance contracts.

    Develop new accounts to achieve team sales goals.

    Administrative duties will include:

    Writing job orders and proposals.

    Planning and organizing daily and weekly work schedules.

    Coordinating work between client and management.

    Data entry, emailing, copying, scanning, filing.

    Preparing various reports for management.

    Contribution to team effort on different projects. Education Requirements:

    · Business Administration degree, Associate of Business degree, or related education.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

    · QuickBooks knowledge preferable, but not required

    · 1 year of professional experience, including inbound and outbound calls and software knowledge.
