    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional administrative assistant to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as our organization's face and first point of contact. Additionally, we are upgrading our document preparation system, and strong familiarity with word processing programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.) are essential. The ideal candidate will excel at the following skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; Attention to detail and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies; Must be comfortable working independently and managing time effectively; Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback; Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance is a plus (but not required). Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, speaking with potential clients, scheduling appointments, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Minimum of one year of experience as an administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position • High school graduate plus some post-secondary education Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
