    We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Insurance background preferred) in Riverside County area. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience handling confidential information • Understand insurance industry terms • Have some experience with the insurance policy process • Excellent Data Entry skills • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent Phone Skills • Can set a schedule and manage agent appointments • Understand and comply with industry compliance guidelines. Location : Hybrid (Remote + Riverside County) - (80%) Work from home - (20%) Riverside County locations Company : New York Life Department : Life Insurance Position Type : Part-time Compensation : $20 - $27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits Responsibilities: • Verify client information and ensure all required documents are in the client's online files. • Maintain detailed records of policy applications and underwriting submissions. • Work closely with the agent to facilitate case processing. • Handle confidential client information. You will be required to sign a confidentiality statement. • Generate reports and track case statuses as needed. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in an insurance administrative role (life insurance preferred). • Some Knowledge of the insurance underwriting process. • Some Understanding of compliance regulations. • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: • General Knowledge of California insurance regulations. • Previous experience supporting underwriting or policy processing. Compensation: $20 - $27 hourly
