    A multi-discipline engineering firm in Middlesex County, NJ, is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for a hybrid position supporting multiple departments. The right candidate will have broad exposure in the administrative, marketing, and accounting departments.

    The primary duties will be:  

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer/route calls, greet visitors, coordinate lunches, clean up conference rooms for meetings
    • Prepare outgoing mail
    • Maintain/order supplies for the office 
    • Assist with generating letters, proposals, reports, transmittals, and specifications.
    • Data entry for accounting software (Deltek - Vision)
    • Send monthly AR reports to clients
    • Assign proposals for the PMs and open new project numbers in Deltek.
    • Inputting new project numbers into the copiers for tracking
    • Running monthly copier reports
    • Assist with marketing social media postings and ad campaigns
    • Google Analytics tracking and analysis
    • Assist with planning and execution of annual and monthly marketing meeting decks.
    • Assist with conceptual ideas for marketing ad campaigns
    • Communication with outside firms regarding project photography
    • Run the dishwasher when in the office

    This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    The hourly rate would be between $24.09 and $28.85/hr, DOE. The annual salary is between $50 and $60K. The first 6-8 months will be temporary on an hourly basis.
