About the Role The Dale Modern Day Spa in Scottsdale is seeking a highly experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. We offer upscale salon suites designed for beauty professionals, providing luxurious amenities and a supportive environment to help our partners thrive. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of administrative experience who excels in property management, customer service, and operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities: • Administrative Oversight: Manage tenant files, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity. • Communication & Scheduling: Serve as the point of contact for tenant communication and coordinate property-related tasks and schedules. • Vendor & Facility Coordination: Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely maintenance and property upkeep. • Tenant Onboarding & Support: Manage tenant move-ins, ensure suite readiness, and monitor lease compliance. • Billing & Collections Management: Track payments, process tenant fees, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections. • Marketing & Engagement: Assist with marketing initiatives and maintain tenant-related content to enhance engagement. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a customer-focused approach. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platforms. • Experience managing marketing campaigns and social media platforms. • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided). • Must reside within 20 minutes of our office at Via De Ventura and the 101. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
