Additionally, you will handle mail by opening, sorting, and filing it accordingly. Your ability to project a professional image and interact effectively with visitors and callers will be crucial.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of administrative experience
Typing ability of 45 words per minute
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other software packages
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
