    ⏰ Hours: Choose from 9 AM–2 PM or 10 AM–3 PM

    Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

    Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sort and organize incoming mail.
    • Assist with cleaning, organizing, and ink recycling.
    • Process and audit weekly store packages.
    • Perform errands including bank and postal runs.
    • File documents and maintain file turnover.
    • Support store shipment operations.
    • Input data into pre-existing spreadsheets.
    • Execute general office and administrative duties as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel): Recommended but not required.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
    • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
    • Confidentiality: Uphold privacy and security of sensitive information.
