Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize incoming mail.
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and ink recycling.
- Process and audit weekly store packages.
- Perform errands including bank and postal runs.
- File documents and maintain file turnover.
- Support store shipment operations.
- Input data into pre-existing spreadsheets.
- Execute general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel): Recommended but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
