    Administrative Assistant Position-Physical Therapy Clinic

    Are you enthusiastic about helping people, and are looking for an Administrative Assistant Position in a Physical Therapy Clinic where your work will be appreciated, and you will gain knowledge and expertise?

    If so, we are looking for a stable and outgoing person for our Front Office Reception who will help support the Physical Therapists and will be dedicated to making sure each patient has a high-quality experience with great results!

    We will train you to be an expert in running an office and as such, this opportunity is an excellent steppingstone to a career in Physical Therapy, Nursing, PA, or Healthcare Administration.

    As a professional you will know how an office should work!

    Work consists of greeting and scheduling patients, answering the phone, speaking with new patients, answering their questions, explaining what they will be doing, taking down their information, verifying insurance, following up on details and helping them arrive and see their program through to full rehabilitation.

    This is a very important position as you take care of the patient throughout.

    Bachelor’s degree in sciences is preferred/required (Biology, etc.) (Alternately: Associates degree or bachelor’s degree as per above)

    Must be available to work for a minimum commitment of 1-2 years. Position is FT/PT Open Clinic Hours: 7-6 M-F (winter/summer variable)
