    We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Administrative Assistant to join our team.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
    • Support corporate event planning, recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes, including maintaining employee records and facilitating communication.
    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.
    • Seamlessly work with vendors to order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
    • Support the team with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and follow-ups.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    • Bachelor's degree in business management or other related area.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role in a professional setting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
