    Key Responsibilities:

    Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Expertly utilize Microsoft Teams for team coordination, Planner for task management, PowerPoint for presentations, and Outlook for scheduling and communications.

    Support Leadership Team: Comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

    Office Support: Handle office administration tasks, organize electronic files, and support day-to-day operations.

    Basic Accounting Assistance: Assist with accounting tasks, including invoice management, reporting, and data entry using QuickBooks.

    Office & Team Support: Manage office supplies, snacks and drinks, coordinate team celebrations and lunches.

    Qualifications:

    Proficient in Microsoft 365: Experience using Teams, Planner, Outlook, and PowerPoint.**Viva Goals is a plus.

    Experience with QuickBooks: Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for accounting support is required.

    Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

    Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments.

    Education: Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
