Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: Working with broker of record on supporting daily tasks including MLS research, creating reports and other tasks as assigned • Social Media & Online Presence: Manage our online presence, including weekly blog posts, physical & e-newsletters, posting our listings & event promo on our social media platforms, engaging with clients online, and managing our Google My Business profile. • Event Planning: Assist in planning our quarterly client appreciation events. • Client Relationship Management: Develop “keep in touch” initiatives and help implement programs that strengthen our client relationships. • Podcast & Webinars: Collaborate with our social media specialist to ensure content filming goes smoothly & is cohesive with our brand. • Client Gifting Program: Manage and coordinate our client gifting program. Qualifications: • Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle. • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects independently. • Exceptional communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. • Experience with social media, event planning, or administrative support is a plus, but not required. • Post-secondary education degree or diploma Compensation: $45,000 - $57,000 per year + Bonus
