    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate, Land Acquisition, Interconnection, and Permitting teams. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate documentation, tracking project progress, managing spreadsheets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Strong Excel skills are a must for managing data and timelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and organize real estate and permitting documentation, including lease agreements, landowner correspondence, and title documents.

    • Track interconnection applications, permitting timelines, and regulatory filings using Excel or project management tools.

    • Assist with preparing presentations, maps, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Coordinate meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and communication with landowners, utility representatives, and permitting agencies.

    • Support the real estate and development team with administrative tasks including document review, notarizations, filing, and data entry.

    • Maintain and update Excel-based trackers and dashboards for land acquisition, permitting milestones, and interconnection queues.

    • Ensure compliance with internal document control processes and naming conventions.

    • Assist in reviewing and submitting interconnection and permitting forms and applications.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of administrative or project support experience, ideally in real estate, energy, permitting, or development.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data sorting/filtering, basic formulas, etc.).

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent document and task tracking skills.

    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in solar, utility-scale energy, or infrastructure development industries.

    • Familiarity with GIS platforms, permitting systems, or interconnection processes is a plus.

    • Experience with tools like DocuSign, SharePoint, or project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com).
