    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization and customer service? Our established downtown Mt. Clemens CPA firm is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide essential support to our accounting staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and serve a diverse client base in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Process tax returns, payroll tax returns, financial statements, and other critical documents with precision and efficiency.

    Manage day-to-day office operations, including:

    Handling and professionally routing incoming calls.

    Greeting clients and providing a warm and welcoming experience.

    Typing, filing, and ensuring all documentation is organized and accurate.

    Take on other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the team.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred

    Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position

    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
