Role and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Communicate with patients to set up and schedule appointments
Facilitate and engage as an integral part of the team and workflow by helping where needed and communicating needs
Organize and input data into electronic health records
Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks
Communicate with the internal office team and providers to ensure patients are helped, and everyday tasks are accomplished
Understand and maintain HIPAA regulations
Perform TMS (onsite training)
Perform duties of differing service platforms and any other responsibilities required.
Act as liaison between patients, providers, and care team
Pay close attention to details and documentation
Exhibits ability to be flexible to address patient needs as they arise.
Communicates clearly with patients', family and medical care team.
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
Works well with diverse population
