    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to support our property management team. This role primarily involves handling administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and ensuring all records are accurate and properly uploaded into AppFolio, our property management software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.

    Ensure all documents are correctly reviewed, scanned, and uploaded into AppFolio.

    Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, document verification, and office organization.

    Communicate with team members to ensure compliance with company procedures.

    Provide occasional support for office-related tasks as needed.

    Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

    Familiarity with AppFolio or willingness to learn.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Schedule & Compensation:

    Part-time position (Flexible hours, approx. 20-25 hours per week).

    Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
