    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a highly organized and driven to support our growing business. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up on marketing efforts to schedule appointments for our estimators. If you’re proactive, enjoy engaging with people, and excel at organization, we’d love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow up on marketing efforts to schedule appointments for estimators.

    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and document organization.

    • Work with Workiz, Microsoft 365, Excel, and QuickBooks to manage customer data and job workflows.

    • Assist with business development efforts, including market research and lead follow-ups.

    • Communicate professionally with potential customers and internal team members.

    • Help streamline operations and improve efficiency through process optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Comfortable and confident following up on leads generated through marketing to schedule appointments.

    • Experience with Workiz, Microsoft 365, Excel, and QuickBooks (or ability to learn quickly).

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
