    Administrative Assistant

    San Dieguito Engineering, Inc. (SDE) is looking to hire a part-time admin assistant for land planning, civil engineering and surveying projects. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, good communicator, able to work with people, and passionate about working while having fun.     Description: The Admin Assistant will report to the CFO of the company, and collaborate with others throughout the day. The Admin Assistant will primarily be responsible for executing administrative duties related to daily office activities.

    Responsibilities:

    · Coordinate Messenger delivery services

    · Answer multiple phone lines

    · Assist with copying, scanning, and printing documents

    · Maintain general filing system and all filing correspondence

    · Order, organize, and maintain office and kitchen supplies

    · Schedule and coordinate office equipment maintenance, including copiers, printers, plotter, postage machine, phone system

    · Schedule and coordinate office deliveries with couriers, UPS, Federal Express, etc.

    · Update office standard documents front office manual, employee phone list

    · Plan and organize birthday celebrations, company events, and Holiday Celebrations

    · Word processing for formatting and creating documents for proposals

    · Maintain records for vehicle maintenance, licenses renewals, memberships

    · Assist Project Managers as needed

    · Assist Accounting Department as needed

    Job Qualifications:

    · Good written and oral communication skills

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs.

    · Professional attitude and demeanor

    · Strong organizational skills
