    SERVPRO of Cheyenne is hiring an Administrative Assistant!

    As an Administrative Assistant, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team

    Coordinate crew and job scheduling

    Perform detailed and accurate data entry/job file audits

    Responsible for Accounts Receivable

    Position Requirements

    Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration (highly preferred)

    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager

    Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/ Excel

    Ability to learn proprietary software

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Knowledge in water mitigation/fire restoration/mold remediation or similar home repair services is highly preferred. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
