As an Administrative Assistant, you will be required to support office team members and assist all customers by managing office tasks, providing courteous and professional assistance via phone and email, and maintaining a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. You will also be responsible for handling documentation for insurance and property management firms.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
Dispatching assignments to production teams
Coordinate crew and job scheduling
Coordinating billables
Insurance documentation required on claims
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Assist other departments as needed
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
