    Multiple Positions Available: (full-time and part-time)

    Receptionist

    Responsible for fielding incoming correspondence

    A high volume of incoming phone calls will be answered and transferred to various departments

    A high volume of incoming emails will be responded to and/or forwarded to various departments

    Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work

    Scheduler

    Responsible for Calendar Management

    Scheduling and Editing a high volume of appointments

    Coordinating with the Service Manager

    In-house and Customer Correspondence

    Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work

    Retail Associate

    Responsible for maintaining and managing our small retail store

    Meet and Greet Customers

    Assisting customers to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience

    Water Testing

    Checking in customers who are here for a meeting with various department managers

    Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work

    Administrative Assistant

    Assisting the Owner, Paul Sherman, with the management of multiple businesses

    Calendar Management

    Professional Correspondence

    Data Entry

    Maintaining Inboxes (phone calls, voicemails, and emails)
