Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls • Respond promptly and professionally to inquires and requests from clients, vendors and team members • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled inventory reports • Develop and maintain filing systems • Maintain and update customer with accuracy and efficiency • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings • Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls • Utilize CRM system to manage customer interactions and data effectively • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office suite • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications: • 1-2 years of administrative experience • Attention to Detail • Strong communication skills • Strong time management, and organizational skills • Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible and dependable • Microsoft Office Skills • Typing proficiency • Experience with CRM systems Compensation: $42,000 - $45,000 yearly
