We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a variety of administrative functions and contribute to the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring effective communication and efficient operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Manage company's social media & web accounts
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and client visits
Maintain filing systems and ensure all office documentation is organized
Handle general office duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
Provide support for billing, invoicing, and accounts-related tasks when necessary
Coordinate office supplies and ensure that the office environment is clean and well-organized
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed by the Operations Manager and other team members
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and with a team
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
