About the Role
Our Tax Administrative Assistant role will be tasked with providing support to our tax team. You will work closely with the firm's tax associates and managers during the firm's busy season while also providing support to the firm's administrative staff throughout the year.
The role is a part-time position and will be paid hourly. Knowledge of accounting and tax are not a prerequisite, but preferred. Founder's CPA is “remote first,” but this position may require an in-office presence during the firm's busy season (March 1st – April 15th, September 1st – October 15th). The maximum in office presence would be two days a week during the firm's busy season.

Compensation
This position is for immediate hire, paid commensurate with the candidate's experience. The salary range for this position is $15-25/hour. The position also includes benefit offerings such as medical, dental, and vision.
