    We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and deliver an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate is a personable and resourceful multitasker with proven experience in a fast-paced office environment. Strong communication skills, efficiency, and a proactive approach are essential. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional client service and representing the firm in a professional manner. • Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate recipient, and take detailed messages when necessary. • Assist with planning and logistics for focus groups, including scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating with participants. • Provide administrative support to various departments within the firm, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. • Coordinate the referral of cases to outside counsel within our referral attorney network. • Follow up with referral attorneys to track case status and ensure timely updates. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Professional demeanor and positive attitude. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is desirable but not required. Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!) We utilize various digital platforms to provide top-tier service to clients. Experience with any of the following is a plus: • Practice Panther (CRM) • Outlook & Office 365 • Box (Cloud Storage) • Mac OS Compensation: $50,000
