    We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our wonderful team! Here at TLE Brownsburg we strive for a positive and safe environment for all our little learners so they can ultimately learn, play, and grow! This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our center.

    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for working in an environment dedicated to the care and development of young children.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Reception Duties: Greet parents, children, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk.

    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including enrollment forms/files, attendance logs, and staff schedules. Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.

    Scheduling: Assist with scheduling tours, orientations, and staff meetings. Coordinate daily schedules and ensure all activities run smoothly.

    Communication: Serve as a liaison between parents, teachers, and the center director is key. Positive and enthusiastic candidates are a must. Communicate important updates, policy changes, and upcoming events to families and staff.

    Billing and Payments: Address any billing inquiries from parents.

    Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure classrooms and office areas are well-stocked and organized.

    General Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence. Assist with any other duties as assigned by the center director.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a daycare or educational setting.

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for working with children and families.

    Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices is an asset
