Ready to join the exciting world of real estate? We should probably talk! Admin Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team in the NJ area. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Providing support to the owner in various business and personal tasks • Managing database systems efficiently • Screening calls and directing them accordingly, as well as managing correspondence • Addressing requests and inquiries in a timely manner • Arranging meetings and appointments • Creating reports, presentations, and briefs as needed • Assisting multiple Agents with their requirements • Ensuring exceptional client experiences • Overseeing day-to-day office functions • Accurately tracking expenses and developing budgets • Assisting with lead management • Marketing listings, business, and team through social media and other channels • Guiding clients through the closing process • Maintaining tenant accounting and leases • Supporting social media presence • Eventually hiring, training, and supervising team members Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational skills are required for this Administrative Assistant position in Collingswood, NJ, US. • Attention to detail is a crucial aspect of the role. • Being tech-savvy and adept at using the latest office technology and applications is essential. • The ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize daily tasks is a must. • Independent work capabilities are necessary to provide support to the team effectively. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital. • Strong problem-solving abilities are a key qualification. • Discretion and maintaining confidentiality are important characteristics. • A customer service focus is essential for this role. • While a college degree and social media experience are preferred, they are not mandatory. • Willingness to obtain a real estate license upon hiring is required (with reimbursement from the Agent). • Comfort with handling strong personalities is necessary. • Thoroughness and a passion for to-do lists are important qualities. • A proactive "can and will do" attitude is crucial, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to support the team effectively.
