Responsibilities: • Greet Clients • Scan documents • Answer busy phone and get back to clients in a timely manner • Send out packets to clients, correspond with clients • Schedule and confirm appointments and keep the schedule full • Follow-up with clients to ensure needed documents from them are returned in a timely manner to minimize rescheduling appointments • Scanning and mailing of deeds, letters, etc. • Prepare new client folders, and files for the next day's appointments • Order supplies • Onboarding clients • Go to the Post office when needed Qualifications: • Preferred: Experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration • Excellent presentation and attitude to deliver customized service to clients • Notary • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
