Administrative Assistant- Tribal Government- Yaytaanak Wellness Center
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support duties for the Yaytaanak Wellness Center that includes managing files, processing participant paperwork and performing general office tasks.
CORE SCOPE OF POSITION
Greets visitors, Tribal members and their families and directs them to the appropriate area or person.
Sorts and distributes mail. Reviews package deliveries, routes to appropriate location.
Screens incoming phone calls and routes to appropriate personnel.
Creates kitchen control forms, usage sheets, recipe templates as needed.
Records and transcribes staff meeting minutes.
Performs clerical duties such as data entry, document filing either in digital form or hard copies, scanning, copying, and faxing documents.
Assists with access for keys and telehealth computer access.
Prepares office supply lists, tracks purchase orders and organizes office supplies.
Maintains knowledge of special events; tracks RSVPs; number of participants.
Establishes and maintains working relations with Team Members, Tribal Members and their families, Wellness Center staff and external guests.
Attends and participates in meetings and trainings as required.
Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned.
