    Job Title: Admin, Receptionist & Collections Specialist

    Location: Columbia, SC Job Type: Fulltime Salary: Hourly $19-26

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as an Admin, Receptionist & Collections Specialist. This role requires multitasking across administrative tasks, front desk reception duties, and collections management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally.

    Receptionist Duties:

    Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.

    Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.

    Administrative Duties:

    Maintain and update records, files, and databases.

    Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

    Collections Duties: Contact customers to follow up on overdue accounts.

    Send invoices and payment reminders via phone, email, and mail.

    Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

    Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

    Experience with customer service and/or accounts receivable is a plus.

    Previous experience in administration, reception, or collections preferred.
