    Part-Time Administrative Assistant Job Summary Support the daily operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining information systems, and assisting in office management. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company continues to grow. You’ll work closely with team members to ensure smooth communication, organization, and coordination of essential office functions.

    Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

    Assist with creating and maintaining office procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

    Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing email correspondence.

    Help maintain and organize employee records and office documentation.

    Ensure office operations run smoothly by coordinating with external vendors, service providers, and the IT department.

    Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.

    Provide customer service support by handling inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

    Assist with data entry, basic bookkeeping, and handling of employee benefit programs.

    Support the management team by helping to organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.

    Administrative Assistant Qualifications

    Must be located in Central Florida

    Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or previous experience in an office environment is a plus.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

    Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is a plus.

    Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
