We personally take pride in providing the professional assistance our clients need. Based on our strong client relationships, our growth in the recent years has been fueled by client referrals. We are looking to add additional staff to help our clients achieve their goals and continue providing valuable timely services through dedication, professionalism and responsiveness.

    Qualifications/Responsibilities:

    · Administrative and secretarial experience preferred

    · Communication skills and teamwork required

    · Ability to efficiently manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently

    · Manage physical client filing system in coordination with client database management software programs

    · Computer and office – Word, Excel, Access Database, Adobe Acrobat, Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Greeting clients in person as a receptionist
    • Answer phones and deflect inquiries
    • Some minor data entry
    • Office organization and upkeep
    • Utilizing office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax machine, postage machine
    • Process incoming/outgoing mail
    • Handling electronic documents through secure firm portal in pdf format
