    Our client, financial consulting firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Waltham, MA office! This person must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition. The office culture is very collaborative with kind and supportive employees. 

    Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in a corporate administrative role, ideally in the financial space.

    Responsibilities

    • Support firm executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expenses. 
    • Assist the Office Manager with various tasks including supply ordering, technology set ups, and more.
    • Assist with corporate event planning and gift research in conjunction with the other members of the administrative team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
    • 2 - 5 year of corporate administrative experience. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $110,000 - 130,000 base salary. 
    • Discretionary bonus.
    • Overtime pay eligible.
