Administrative Assistant – Commercial Real Estate Lending Wilshire Finance Partners | Full-Time | On-Site
About Us: Formed in 2008, Wilshire Finance Partners is a private credit firm that manages several real estate-backed debt funds.
Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our commercial real estate lending team. This hybrid role also includes junior analyst responsibilities, offering valuable exposure to loan analysis and transaction support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Maintain and update CRM system with client and deal information
Assist with follow-up efforts regarding documents, questions, and required information
Assist analysts, underwriters, and loan officers with reviewing and organizing commercial real estate loan files
Help with other administrative responsibilities as directed
Qualifications:
2+ years of mortgage lending, real estate, finance or similar experience is required
3+ years of administrative experience required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $25 per hour + bonuses
