    Job Summary

    To keep up with growing customer demand, we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team at our Lisle location. This is a part time position with opportunity to turn into a full time role in our company. This role is responsible for a wide range of tasks, directly supporting the owners of the company. Must have very high attention to detail, ability to multi-task and stay on top of projects as they move through the process. Opportunity for fast advancement in the company with excellent performance.

    Responsibilities

    Enter new projects in our CRM system

    Update project folders with key information in a timely manner

    Maintain log of projects and warranty claims

    File organization, light cleaning

    Intake and organization of service requests

    Help front office with filing, obtaining permits, etc.

    Qualifications

    Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Ability to work well with others and independently

    Must have high attention to detail

    Ability to handle high stress situations

    Must be able to lift 50 pounds

    Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

    Must have a can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
