    Job Title: Child Care Contract and Subsidy Administrative Assistant

    Position Summary: Assists with the Management of the association childcare afterschool and camping adjustment process. State billing in conformity with YMCA internal controls, state regulations and generally accepted billing practices. This is a part-time position, 15-20 hours per week.

    Essential Functions: • Collect and monitor weekly childcare attendance reports • Monitor state CCFA attendance weekly • • Manage PACE vouchers, and Y EEC contract assessments in accordance with state guidelines and insure 100% capacity contract enrollment • Manage Y Kinderwait and distribute enrollment letters in a timely manner • Monitor and adjust contract & voucher placements • Calculate childcare parent fee and enter accounting adjustments into Daxko. • Meet with parents to complete assessments and reassessments on monthly basis. • Serve as a resource to parents and childcare directors for questions.

    Qualifications: • Experience in contract and data management,. • Proven ability to accurately enter, evaluate, identify discrepancies, and process numerical data in various forms, statements, records. • Demonstrated competence in use of office software products including Excel, Word, and proprietary accounting systems. • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and under deadlines, and complete whole assigned responsibilities without supervision. • Experience in dealing with confidential material. • Ability to interact with various levels of the organization, outside vendors, auditors and other agencies.
