Responsibilities
Prepare and manage documents necessary each week
Update records and databases
Manage office operations and procedures
Place product orders
Handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing and organizing
Qualifications
Intermediate Microsoft skills a must, no exceptions.
Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent multi-tasking, time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
Must be able to retain and recall information.
Strong communication and planning skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be proactive, adaptable, self-motivated and be trustworthy.
Candidates must have intermediate or better Microsoft Word and Excel skills - you will be tested on this during your interview.
