    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are an established electrical contracting business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

    Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate job site visits for electricians.

    Assist with project documentation, including bids, contracts, and invoices.

    Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

    Maintain and update client and project databases.

    Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.

    Handle billing, invoicing, and follow up on outstanding payments.

    Provide general administrative support to the operations team and field staff.

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and help maintain job site documentation.

    Post on social media.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an administrative assistant.

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks (or similar software).

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of the electrical contracting industry is a huge plus

    High school diploma or equivalent.
