    D-Mar General Contracting & Development, Inc. is a leading construction firm specializing in commercial construction projects located in Clearwater, FL. Our team is dedicated to excellence, and we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing company.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Welcomes and assists in-person visitors

    Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls pleasantly and professionally

    Receives, sorts, and distributes daily office mail

    Prepares and distributes emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

    Assists and coordinates office events and meetings

    Maintains electronic and paper files, records, and reports

    Maintains office supplies and equipment inventory by checking stock and anticipating needed supplies

    Receipt and expense report reconciliation

    Track Vendor W-9 forms & COIs

    Scanning, uploading, filing and reconciling various documents

    Support the team by completing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, email correspondence, and assisting with projects as needed.

    May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside assigned areas

    Qualifications & Skills:

    High School diploma or equivalent.

    2+ years in an administrative role, construction experience preferred

    Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software would be advantageous, but not mandatory.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Must maintain a positive, outgoing, and upbeat personality

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to multi-task and initiative to identify needs and see them through to completion
